Our work may be focused on your career. You may want to pursue a new job, shift to a different industry, or design your legacy career. Or, you may need transition coaching to help restructure after moving to a new country, reorient post- divorce, or reconceive your life after having children.

But you can’t do everything at the same time, and you certainly can’t do everything by yourself. A life coach helps you pursue a life that is in synch with your values and helps you reframe the inevitable challenges that slow you down so that you can stay focused and pursue life intentionally.

How We Work Together
During our coaching sessions, I listen to what you say and how you say it. We talk about what’s most important, reveal useful (and disruptive) emotions that accompany your thoughts so that you can gain more clarity. Ultimately, you will develop a plan of action, and pursue it with newfound focus and energy.
I rely on positive psychology and applied neuroscience techniques that will help you take a vacation from your current thought patterns, and breathe fresh air into your brain. You’ll begin to see your situation from a new perspective; real, tangible and true to who you are. Solutions that weren’t apparent before will become evident.
There will be homework and pre-meeting prep. The bulk of the coaching work happens outside the office and I will be by your side as you do that work. I’m here to ensure that you are motivated; I'll hold you accountable without being overbearing or demanding.
