Our collective felt sense is deeply impacted by our still-raging pandemic, and we’re likely more fatigued than we realize.

This is the time to level up your self-care. And I’m not talking about checking out with a Netflix binge or frose, I’m talking real self care. Self-care is how you get stronger and sharper. More vital and more you. By challenging yourself, then resting and repairing, you’re able to grow and bring more of yourself to the world.
