Together, we explore your challenges and goals. We dive deeply into how this feels in your body, and where you feel stuckness and flow.

In ongoing sessions, we continue to invite your body into the conversation – quieting our words so that you can better feel your answers. We respectfully include your body as part of the conversation, so we listen well and respond. I am trained in Reiki, and have experience with aromatherapy and attunement and support your somatic process through various techniques.

Each session begins with an agenda based on your desired outcome, and uses techniques like breathwork, gentle movement exercises, meditation and body awareness practices to deepen self-awareness and work towards those goals.
